Purchasing & Sending
- Are there any fees associated with the Traxxas gift cards? No, you will only be charged the face value of the gift card. E-Gift cards are sent via e-mail and incur no shipping costs.
- Can I change the value of a gift card after I’ve paid for it? Not at this time.
- Can I cancel the purchase of a gift card? If your gift card has not been redeemed, you can cancel your purchased gift card within 4 hours of purchase by contacting customer support. Cancellation is subject to limitations.
- Can I return a Traxxas gift card? After the 4 hour cancellation period, gift cards cannot be returned and gift card sales are final.
- Which credit cards do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- When is my credit card charged for my purchase? Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.
- When is my PayPal account charged for my purchase? Your PayPal account is charged at the time of purchase.
- When will I receive my e-gift card? Your e-gift card will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours.
Most e-gift cards are sent within 8 to 12 hours of the purchase transaction. - What are the shipping options? Via e-mail only.
Receiving & Redeeming
- Where can I use my gift card? You can use your gift card at www.traxxas.com and select retailers in the U.S. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
- When does the gift card expire? Traxxas gift cards do not expire.
- Will an account maintenance fee be charged against the balance of my card? No fees will be deducted from the balance of the card.
- Can I reload my gift card after I’ve spent the full value? Not at this time.
Security & Reliability

- What if I lose my gift card? Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission will not be replaced, so please safeguard your card.
- How much can I load on my gift card? Traxxas gift cards may be purchased in amounts of $50–$500. Certain restrictions apply for orders that will be in excess of $2,000 in one day.
